Floc blocks have re-emerged as a front runner to help organisations that require simple, easy to use and easy to handle flocculants. Suitable for temporary or short term projects especially in the construction and mining areas, or for small municipalities.
They are 3 kg solid blocks of anionic powder flocculant, which is nontoxic to aquatic life and suitable for discharge to water courses and rivers. They disperse slowly, allowing large volumes of water to be treated with each block.
Simply place in a basket, no power, water air or expensive dosing equipment required and depending on the flow they will dissolved at a fixed rate per cubic meter of water flowing over them.
